The New Philanthropists invites you to apply to their Nonprofit Board Assessment Program, First Look, that helps a board prepare for the transformational process required to increase diversity. Identify your challenges through their Recruitment workshop and learn the right strategies to build a better board!
Recruitment Workshop: In 2020 we’re working with nonprofit organizations on an one-one-one basis and after the assessment phase, we will work with participants (board members and executive leadership) to review their recruitment process and identify pain points and opportunities in order to develop board recruitment strategies to implement for their organizations.
