(re)define POWER for Communities

At The New Philanthropists (TNP), we believe that real change starts with a commitment—not just to ideas, but to action. For the month of June, we are celebrating community and kicking off our membership drive for The New C.R.E.W.—a movement designed to fuel systemic change and cultivate real equity awareness across all communities.

What Is the New C.R.E.W.?

We know that survival is not enough. To build thriving communities, we must protect the community, embrace joy, and never give up. The New C.R.E.W. is about ensuring that transformation doesn’t stop with individual wins—it becomes a ripple effect that sustains future leaders and redefines norms for generations to come.

This movement is NOT traditional philanthropy. The New C.R.E.W.Cultivating Real Equity Awareness—is about power, resilience, and bold action. Without continued commitment to changing norms and systems, we will not create the impact needed for REAL change. And that’s exactly why we need YOU.

Why Join?

By becoming a member of The New C.R.E.W., you are stepping into a network of changemakers, leaders, and advocates who are building a stronger future. You’ll be part of a collective force that lifts communities, challenges outdated systems, and empowers leadership from the ground up.

Together, we embrace transformative solutions—because opting out is not an option.

Our Goal: 50 New Members in June

This month, we’re calling on passionate individuals to help us reach our target of 50 new members who are ready to stand alongside us and sustain the ripple effect.

What Our Leaders Say

“Thriving is resistance because it defies limitation, reclaims agency, and builds a future where resilience is not just survival—but a declaration of possibility.”Paulina, Executive Director of TNP

“I co-founded ‘The New Philanthropists’ because the nonprofit landscape needed transformation. We refuse to be put in a box; we build, we rise, and we create the future we deserve. Thriving isn’t just our mission—it’s our movement.”Mando, Co-Founder of TNP

The Power of Collective Strength

At TNP, we define collective strength as:

  • Being Vulnerable—Embracing open conversations and real solutions
  • Giving to Others—Sharing resources, insights, and opportunities
  • Raising Your Hand—Advocating for the voices that must be heard

We are here to (re)define power for communities—to make systemic change not just an aspiration, but a living reality.

Ready to Create Change?

Become a part of The New C.R.E.W. today and sustain the movement that challenges the norm, celebrates resilience, and builds a future rooted in equity and justice.
